Ingredients:
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp sriracha
3 salmon fillets
Directions:
Combine and mix sauce ingredients and pour over fillets in 9×7 glass Pyrex dish.
Cook at 375 degrees until desired doneness, turning fillets over half way through. (We cooked ours until 165 degrees internal temperature because we were using frozen fillets, cooking time was about 40 minutes total).
When fish is done, pour sauce into small pan. Cover fish in Pyrex dish with aluminum foil to let rest. Heat sauce in pan over medium heat and reduce for about five minutes. Spoon over fillets and serve with your favorite vegetable side.
