Ingredients: 1-4 are for filling, 5-9 are for topping
- 4 large Bartlett Pears
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
Make sure pears are ripe.
Combine first four ingredients to make filling. Place filling in an unbaked pie shell.
Combine last five ingredients to make the topping. Sprinkle cheese mixture on top.
Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
